Mike ZabattaOwnerMike began his swimming pool career in 1983 as the service manager for a local Lancaster based pool service company. In 2001 he decided it was time to start his own company. With the belief that each customer deserves excellent service at a fair price Mike's Pool Service began to flourish. Mike still remains a hands-on owner, answering the phone, scheduling work and even making service calls as needed. In his spare time he is an accomplished drummer for a local band "The Silverhawks".

Robert ShaubService & Sales ConsultantWith eighteen years of experience Rob joined our staff in 2009. In 1991 Rob began his pool career with the same Lancaster based pool company where Mike was the service manager. At one point Rob was Mike's assistant service manager. After many years in the pool industry, most recently as a designer and sales consultant for a National Pool builder, Rob made the decision to join Mike's Pool Service. From simple upgrades to major renovations, Rob can assist you in making the correct decisions for your pool needs. In his spare time Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Favorite Sports Teams: Steelers, Penguins and Orioles
Mike Book (aka Bookie)Office ManagerBookie joined Mike's Pool Service in 2006 after an extensive career with Verizon as a customer service representative. When you give us a call Bookie will probably be your first contact. He keeps the office running smoothly by handling the scheduling, billing and ordering for our Service & Supply Center. It seems like our clients just enjoy talking with him. Bookie is also a member of the Silverhawks as their saxophone player. He also coaches baseball during the spring and summer months.
Favorite Sports Team: Phillies
Jim SweigertService ManagerJim has been servicing pools since 1989. He joined Mike's Pool Service shortly after the business began. With his vast knowledge of pool products and pool repairs, Jim has an uncanny knack at evaluating and solving our clients pool service needs. As our service manager he keeps the crews operating smoothly and maintains our Service & Supply Center. During the winter months Jim enjoys hunting but what he really enjoys is riding his Harley when the weather breaks.
Favorite Hobbies: Riding my Harley and restoring my 68 El Camino pick up
Rey SerranoService SupervisorRey joined our team in 2004 with a background as an electrician. He has been a great addition to our team. Being somewhat new to the pool industry, Rey has excelled as our service supervisor. He works closely with Jim to resolve all of our clients service needs. In his spare time Rey is a middle linebacker for a semi pro football team and when football season ends he spends time playing paintball.

Andy LewisService TechnicianAndy joined Mike's Pool Service in 2007 and brought with him fifteen years of pool service experience. Not only is Andy one of our service technician but he is also our Pool Maintenance Specialist . Andy will Spring assemble your pool and then be the one to maintain it for you. He is the one that keeps our clients pool's sparkling clean and clear all season long. Andy enjoys the outdoors, concerts and most importantly spending time with his family. That time spent is with his two sons Dylan and Peyton.

Will BakerService TechnicianWill joined our team in 2009, and has two years of pool service experience. He helps each one of our crews from service, renovations and pool cleanings. It's great to have just another service tech that can help us maintain our excellent customer service. Just recently married, Will enjoys spending time with his family, paintballing and always looking forward to the upcoming football season.
